Please note that some events have a closing date. Applications made after that date will be accepted if space remains.

Please enclose a separate booking form, cheque and stamped addressed envelope for each event. If an event is over-subscribed and you wish to be placed on a waiting list please enclose a phone number where you can be reached.

Cancellations will be accepted and fees returned up to seven days before the day of an event if the place can be filled, but in each case , £5.00 will be deducted to cover administration costs. Fees are not returnable for cancellations made after the period stated. As many events are over-subscribed, we would ask you to please let the events secretary know as early as possible if you have to cancel and she will then offer the place to somebody on the waiting list.

The Regional Furniture Society reserves the right to cancel, postpone or alter any event if necessary. Those participating in events do so at their own risk.
